Michigan Central is presently owned by Controlled Terminals Inc., of
Detroit. A related company, the Detroit International Bridge Co., owns
the Ambassador Bridge. Both companies are owned by the Grosse Pointe businessman,
M.J. Moroun. His apparent unwillingness to develop this building and the
land around it has contributed much to the economic problems of the area.
